Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Koriflux, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you use the service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.

The Service

Koriflux provides online tools for file conversion, image compression, media link inspection, audio and video workflows, document workflows, and transcript-related workflows. Some tasks may run in the browser, while others may be processed by our servers or third-party providers.

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, formats, limits, pricing, or processing providers as the product changes. We may also impose usage limits to protect service quality and prevent abuse.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the files, URLs, settings, and other content you submit. You must make sure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, convert, download, process, or store that content.

You are responsible for reviewing converted output before using it. Important formatting, layout, metadata, links, fonts, media, and embedded objects may not always be preserved perfectly.

• Do not upload files that infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
• Do not upload malware, exploit code, illegal content, or content intended to harm systems or users.
• Do not attempt to bypass service limits, security controls, billing controls, file type checks, or rate limits.
• Do not use scraping, automated access, load testing, resale, or bulk workflows in a way that disrupts the service.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, payment information, account ownership, or authorization to use content.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the files, URLs, text, and other content you submit. You grant Koriflux and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, transmit, process, convert, cache, and display your content only as needed to provide the requested service, support, security, and troubleshooting.

We may remove or restrict content, tasks, or accounts when we believe they violate these terms, create legal exposure, harm other users, or risk service stability.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, unusual activity, payment issues, unlawful use, or a material violation of these terms.

Paid Features

Paid features may include subscriptions, usage credits, higher limits, faster processing, batch tools, or professional features. Prices, limits, renewal rules, and included benefits are shown at checkout, in the pricing page, or inside your account.

Taxes, payment provider fees, currency conversion, and bank charges may apply depending on your location and payment method. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund Policy.

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may vary due to maintenance, provider outages, network issues, conversion engine limitations, high load, unsupported file characteristics, or events beyond our control.

We do not guarantee that every file can be converted, that every conversion will be error-free, or that every output will preserve the original appearance, behavior, or metadata.

Intellectual Property

The Koriflux service interface, code, design, branding, logos, documentation, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, frame, or misuse the service except as allowed by law or by written permission from us.

Third-Party Services

Koriflux may integrate with infrastructure, payment, analytics, support, conversion, storage, or public media platform providers. We are not responsible for third-party terms, downtime, platform changes, content, or decisions.

If your workflow uses a public URL, you are responsible for complying with the terms and rights associated with the source platform and content.

Disclaimers

Koriflux is provided on an as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and perfect conversion quality.

The service is not intended to be the only copy, archive, or backup system for important files. Keep your own copies of original and converted files.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koriflux is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of files, data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or expected savings.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the affected paid service during the period allowed by applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Koriflux if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, use the service unlawfully, fail to pay applicable fees, or create operational, security, or legal concerns.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will survive.
