Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, subscription cancellations, billing issues, and paid feature disputes are handled for Koriflux.

Last updated: June 17, 2026Applies to Koriflux web tools

Key points

  • Refunds are reviewed case by case when a paid service was not delivered, a duplicate charge occurred, or a technical issue prevented reasonable use.
  • Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund past charges.
  • Refund and billing requests should be sent to support@koriflux.com with enough detail for review.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered when a paid service was not delivered, a technical issue prevented reasonable use, a duplicate payment was made, a billing error occurred, or a subscription renewed after a documented cancellation problem.

We may request task IDs, account details, payment records, screenshots, browser information, conversion settings, or troubleshooting information before approving a refund. Providing complete details helps us review requests faster.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • A conversion result is technically completed but does not meet a subjective preference.
  • Usage credits, task quotas, bandwidth, or plan benefits have already been substantially consumed.
  • The request is related to files, formats, file conditions, or public URLs that were clearly unsupported.
  • The request is caused by user error, wrong settings, unsupported source content, or failure to review the available plan details.
  • The account was suspended for abuse, unlawful use, chargeback fraud, or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
  • A refund request is submitted after an unreasonable delay or outside the period required by applicable law or payment provider rules.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation method available in your account or through the payment provider. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund previous charges.

If you cancel during a billing period, your paid access may remain available until the end of that period unless the product, payment provider, or legal requirement states otherwise.

Usage Credits

Usage credits or task quotas may expire, reset, or be consumed according to the plan shown at purchase. Credits used for completed or attempted tasks are generally not refundable unless a verified service failure prevented reasonable use.

If we detect abuse, automated misuse, or attempts to manipulate credits, we may deny refunds and restrict account access.

Failed Conversions

A failed conversion does not automatically guarantee a refund. We consider whether the issue was caused by Koriflux, a third-party provider, unsupported file characteristics, user settings, source file corruption, network interruption, or other factors.

If a service-side issue affects paid usage, we may provide a refund, replacement credit, retry option, extension, or other remedy at our discretion unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend the related account while the dispute is reviewed. Please contact support first when possible so we can investigate billing issues directly.

Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated chargebacks may result in account termination or refusal of future paid services.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider, card network, bank, currency, and region.

We do not control bank processing times after a refund has been issued by the payment provider.
